About CCEC Main | About Pastor Bryant | Vision & Mission Statement | What We Believe
At CCEC, We proclaim Jesus as the manifested word of God. It is our goal to win, build, and send out a generation that will follow after and teach others the principles of Jesus Christ.

It is CCEC's desire to see Sanford and the state of North Carolina touched by the life changing power and compassion of Jesus Christ. Cornerstone Christian Empowerment Center is a place where you can not only experience the dynamic presence of God, but it is also a place where you will be equipped to follow the principles of Jesus thus fulfilling God’s purpose for your life. CCEC is a New Testament Church with a vision to see a generation fully equipped to stand for righteousness in an immoral world.

“Good understanding wins favor...”  Proverbs 13:15

CCEC's vision of equipping a generation to follow after and teach others the principles of Jesus Christ will be accomplished through the following:

Practical Teaching
Teaching produces knowledge that can catapult you through every obstacle that you face in life by destroying unbelief. Sound teaching will also increase your influence for the body of Christ wherever you are in life. (Proverbs 4:13; Hosea 4:6; Mark 6:6; Romans 10:17)

Powerful Preaching
Anointed preaching is a powerful weapon wielded in the hand of God. By preaching, our souls are ignited and inspired to live holy before our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Spirit filled preaching increases our effectiveness in everything we do for the body of Christ. (Matthew 16:15; Luke 9:60; I Corinthians 1:21,2:4)

Praise & Worship
Praise is not a suggestion, but a Biblical command. Praise glorifies our heavenly Father while defeating our spiritual foe. Corporate worship is a way to celebrate God together as the body of Christ, while personally encountering His presence. At ECC our vision is to rekindle the fires of worship.
(Psalm 34:1, 134:1,2; John 4:23,24; Acts 3:8,9)

Prevailing Prayer
Nothing can or will be done without prayer. It is through prayer that the fire of God will fall on our community and this nation. Nothing is impossible when we gather together in agreement to seek the face of God. (II Chronicles 7:14; Matthew 18:18-20; Luke 9:23; Ephesians 6:18)
