The Holy Ghost empowered principles of living righteously in an immoral world, having compassion for all humanity and influencing others to do the same.

CCEC History, Present & Future

In the heart of the great city of Sanford, North Carolina, Cornerstone Christian Empowerment Center (CCEC) was founded by Bennie L. Bryant Jr. in September, 2006. After years of study, teaching, and preaching, God led Pastor Bryant to the next phase of his ministry. He received the vision to start CCEC in June 2006 and without hesitation Pastor Bryant moved on what had been placed in his heart by God. Since being in existence, the success and growth of Cornerstone has been phenomenal.

Through our leader’s great preaching and teaching gifts, hundreds have committed their lives to Jesus Christ and we envision that through this ministry, millions more will do the same.

Cornerstone was founded upon the principles Jesus taught his disciples. The stone that the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone (Matthew 21:42). Nothing on this planet can stand unless it is supported by Jesus the Christ. Cornerstone Christian Empowerment Center is fully supported by Jesus Christ. It serves as a testament to all churches that God’s word will not and cannot return to him void. The word that God spoke to Pastor Bryant has produced immediate results at CCEC and in the city of Sanford, North Carolina.

Through commitment and diligence CCEC now has several ministries operating under its parent name, Bennie L. Bryant Ministries (BLBM) and Cornerstone Christian Book Supply (CCBS). We currently worship in a 4600 square foot building with a 200 person seating capacity with an overflow room and an on-site bookstore for worshipers’ convenience.

Pastor Bryant has adopted a motto for CCEC that is found in Proverbs 13:15 which states that “Good understanding wins favor”. Understanding the Lord’s plan and purpose for this ministry has ushered us into a very favorable place in God.
